Getting Started

Let's get started with the fundamentals of the Game.

There are two manuals in the game. One of it is the Player's Manual and the other is the Facilitator's Manual. Both have different sets of instructions and information for the participating members in the game.

The Player's Manual consist of the basics of playing the game as well as information to assist players to understand how to maneuver around the game board as well as how to win the game.

The Facilitator's Manual consist of the information that allows them to facilitate the game flow as well as to assist the players in their quest to learn more about the game as well as Corporate Finance and Advisory Services.

However, both have similar guide on how to play the game. Here's an extract from the book, itself:

The Game Board

The game board is a uniquely design board that allows both manual and electronic to fuse together as so to enhance the game.

The players would get to move around the center piece of the entire board, thus there would be a starting line and the players would get to go round and round to accumulate their wealth.

The left and right flaps of the board shows the companies that will be listed and where players would invest in by buying the companies share (via a stock certificate).

The center of the board shows the electronic dice whereby players would press to reflect the number on the dice. However, in this game, it would not replace the gambling dice entirely, except for during situations or getting the share prices for each company after the "IPO period"

The black box at the side of the center piece shows the lighting device whereby it would create uncertainty in the game, to decide whether the share prices would decrease or increase, by following the arrows of the lighting device.

The entire board, excluding the electronics, was being created using compressed styrofoam, so that it would be light and portable for players to bring around.
